Anybody remember that this is the outfits we wore at our proposal? And now, we have baby in hand. Crazy!

My sweet bride and baby got back safely from the beach, and then my parents and sister came over for my graduation banquet (#1). Very fun time, and obviously I had the opportunity to dress like a true formal Scotsman. The program loaded me down with lots of cool parting gifts (personalized desk plate, paperweight, new otoscope, nice books and gift certificates). I can't wait until graduation #2 this week!!!
Daniel's 4m checkup was yesterday, and he passed! 14# 13oz, and 50th percentile in height and weight! He has definitely caught up, and as we already knew, he is the perfect baby. We got the okay to start trying some rice cereal, with the above results. He did a great job opening up and chomping, although the swallowing thing is still challenging. Try, try again. I'm quite confident the Hoglet will learn quickly.

ps... sarah, i'm so jealous that you are now in what you were wearing not only pre-pregnancy but pre-marriage. good job, mama!!! =)
i love that last picture...it says so much in only one shot. the first one is the most detailed one i've seen of daniel's face yet. he looks so much like sarah! i don't know casey well enough to be able to tell, but i can definitely see his mama in that baby boy! seems like you guys are doing well...best wishes to you all.
