Joshua rides the saddle at Texas Roadhouse!

I ran the Marine Corps Mud Run today. Awesome time with my teammates at 14000 of our best friends. Dirtiest I've ever been in my life, eyes still burning from the mud, scraped, sprained knee, sunburnt, exhausted, 5 lbs of water weight lighter, but rejoicing all the same.
Boys doing well overall. Joshua has turned 14 months, but still has no desire to walk. Daniel is loving his preschool, and was difficult to drab him away last time from the classroom and his new friends (whom he prays for regularly). Sarah lovely as usual.

No news

Nothing too much happening lately. One good trip to the lake with Pop and Nana. Usual variety of mild illnesses. Both boys are a joy as usual. Daniel starts his "class" Wednesday, 2y old preschool, 2 days a week. He's got one friend, Abigail, in his class which we're thankful for. We've been prepping him for awhile now, including many reads of his favorite book "Starting School", and we think he'll do well with it. We're thankful that Sarah will now get to spend some more one-on-one time with Joshua, and think they will both be blessed by that.
Sarah got new running shoes, ready to start pounding the pavement again, and remains as lovely and perfect for me as ever. I've been training a good bit lately, mostly for the Marine Corps Mud Run the 25th, but hopefully doors will remain open after that for some other races.
No new significant car issues in over 2 weeks!!! Never expected that would be such a cause for peace. The Lord was very good to us through it all though, but I'm glad its over (for now...). The minivan rocks!!! and yes, I'm going to go whack my head on a wall now for saying that. 18yo old me would be mortified.
