Since the break

Since returning, we've had a good time. I've had a few days off thankfully, and the weather has been pretty nice, although starting to get a little cold. Daniel has been checking out very nicely with his therapy lately, and we're hopeful that we might be done with therapy in a few more weeks if he keeps up his progress. He is pulling up with relative ease, and cruising around the table decently well.

He loves table food, and will keep eating as long as we keep putting it in front of him. It looks like he is taking that characteristic from Daddy. Haven't found any food yet that he won't eat. Quite the beggar...gonna be hard to break that habit, but for now, since he can't talk, we give him some leeway.

He received way too much great stuff as Christmas gifts, which I'm sure he is thankful for. Big winners were his little ride-in buggy, a lawn mower (plastic of course), and anything that could be put in his mouth (ok, that's everything).

I had the privilege yesterday of driving down to Augusta to join in the dedication of the new Chafee House. As some of you know, I was part of a campus ministry there that was based out of a residence on Chafee Avenue. I lived there for 3 years, and was most blessed during that time, being part of regular prayer and engaging in students lives. Well, the old house is being torn down, and the Lord has provided a new and even better house to continue to serve Him on campus. The dedication was yesterday, and I got to see and fellowship with many of my old brothers and sisters as we turned the new house over to God for His glory. Wonderful time!
